Veronica Lynn's intricate textiles include handmade wool felt and carefully selected fabrics which she embellishes with a combination of thread painting, reverse appliqué, cutwork and shibori. She creates sculpture, fiber jewellery, accessories and exquisite women’s clothing. She is interested in the spiritual and anthropological meanings that arise when limiting ornamentatation to what can be created from ordinary, commonplace, timeless media such as wool, thread and pebbles.
